A Letter From The Owner
Dear American HVAC Inc Clients,
We understand that this is a stressful time for you and your loved ones. Also with information changing daily and even hourly, this can be very frustrating for many people. This is why, I wanted to reach out and let everyone know that American HVAC Inc. has chosen to remain open to ensure service for all of our clients in this time of stress. The last thing our clients need right now is to be stuck at home with a broken heater on top of everything else. So, we have taken extra precautions on our end to combat this epidemic in the office and in the field. We have also implemented special payment plans for clients that are in need of repairs or replacements at this time. All locations, Campbell, San Jose and Sacramento are categorized as “essential service businesses” and therefore are currently allowed to stay open. So, with everything going on right now, our family here at American HVAC Inc. just wanted to reach out and let our extended family know that we are here to help them maintain their comfort during all of this. We truly wish the best for each and every one of you and we are looking forward to having this all behind us soon.

Running from below your floors and outside from the side of your house, through your walls and out your floorboards is the most essential component in conserving the overall comfort of your home: your HVAC system.
The hot (or cold) air running through your home’s air vents doesn’t just come from nowhere. Your heater and AC unit draw air from outside, convert it to a comfortable temperature, and push it through the walls of your home. Ultimately, it’s your home’s HVAC system that helps keep your home a livable temperature throughout the varying weather conditions you’ll experience at different times throughout the year.
Sound complicated? It is. Furnaces and air conditioners are complex pieces of machinery with many moving parts, all of which must be in perfect sync to work properly when you change the temperature on your thermostat. And yet, too many homeowners put off routine maintenance. Annual inspection and maintenance of the HVAC system goes a long way towards preventing unforeseen problems at the worst time. If you could take easy steps to help extend the life of your HVAC system, why wouldn’t you?
For regular maintenance of your home’s HVAC system, there’s no one more qualified than our team here at American HVAC Inc of Fremont. We have many years of experience servicing units, identifying problems, and fixing them before they turn into something bigger. If you’ve neglected routine maintenance and are looking to get back on track, don’t hesitate! Get in touch today at 408-215-1018.
If you didn’t keep up on routine maintenance and are now faced with a more serious problem, don’t worry. Our qualified team of experts is also well-equipped to tackle emergency maintenance needs. From an AC unit going out during the hottest time of the year, to a heating unit malfunctioning in the middle of the year’s worst snowstorm, we’ve seen it all and know how to handle the situation accordingly. On top of that, our commitment to great customer service means that you’ll be treated well throughout the whole process.
And that’s not all. We also carry a wide selection of products matched to every need, whether you’re looking for allergen filtration, quiet operation, or advanced humidity control. Our line of products carries the important ENERGY STAR certification, and is also backed by one of the best warranties in the business. If your HVAC system is in need of an upgrade, chances are we have just what you need.
Your home’s HVAC system is critical to your comfort throughout the year, so don’t be afraid of scheduling regular maintenance or reaching out to us if you have questions about an upgrade! If you’d like to have a conversation with one of our experienced professionals about the best options for your unique situation, give us a call at 408-215-1018 today.
