Dear American HVAC Inc Clients,
We understand that this is a stressful time for you and your loved ones. Also with information changing daily and even hourly, this can be very frustrating for many people. This is why, I wanted to reach out and let everyone know that American HVAC Inc. has chosen to remain open to ensure service for all of our clients in this time of stress. The last thing our clients need right now is to be stuck at home with a broken heater on top of everything else. So, we have taken extra precautions on our end to combat this epidemic in the office and in the field. We have also implemented special payment plans for clients that are in need of repairs or replacements at this time. All locations, Campbell, San Jose and Sacramento are categorized as “essential service businesses” and therefore are currently allowed to stay open. So, with everything going on right now, our family here at American HVAC Inc. just wanted to reach out and let our extended family know that we are here to help them maintain their comfort during all of this. We truly wish the best for each and every one of you and we are looking forward to having this all behind us soon.
